Showers of praise poured in for the stunning Vidya Balan following the trailer release of 'Begum Jaan', where her prickly role as a brothel head left the audience wondering. In a recent happening, the actress had to deal with an awkward moment when a man touched her inappropriately.
The incident happened at the Kolkata Airport, where the actress was present, along with director Srijit Mukherjee and the film's producer for professional reasons. A fan had reportedly approached the actress with the intent of getting a selfie. Despite Vidya's refusal, the man had tried to put his hand around the actress' waist, making the 'Kahaani' actor lash out at the fan for intruding her personal space. Talking about the incident, Vidya says, "We are public figures, not public property."
