Simran has busy receiving compliments ever since the 'Petta' poster featuring her and Rajinikanth was unveiled on Wednesday. She is looking youthful and vivacious in it and, among celebs, Trisha Krishnan was the first to show her adulation for the beautiful Sim.

Taking to Twitter, the 'Narasimha Naidu' and 'Daddy' actor said, "I am super happy OMG I can't believe its happening just pinched myself." She is utterly joyous that she got to act opposite the '2.0' actor.

'Petta' will hit the screens in Tamil for Sankranthi 2019. The Telugu version's release date is yet to be announced.
