The 'Beast' heroine Pooja Hegde turns 31 today. She is currently sharing screen space with Thalapathy Vijay in the biggie directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The fans are celebrating the angelic actress' birthday with special posts, tags and video edits on social media.

While Thalapathy fans are expecting a special poster from the movie team marking the special occasion, Pooja's co-star in the film has wished the star by sharing a cute selfie. Malayalam actress Aparna Das, who is playing an important role in the invasion thriller, took to her social media page to share a selfie with Pooja Hegde that was clicked during 'Beast' shooting time.

In the photo, Pooja was draped in black while Aparna appears in red. Recently, a BTS video of Thalapathy Vijay from the 'Beast' location was leaked online. The superstar was spotted in a shopping mall surrounding wearing a black suit. Reportedly, the makers are currently shooting in Chennai and are expected to fly to Russia soon. Sources say that a super update from the film might arrive on Aayudha Pooja day.

'Beast' has Shine Tom Chacko and Selvaraghavan playing baddie roles while Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh and Liliput Faruiqui play supporting roles. The film is produced by Sun Pictures and Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music. The first single is likely to be released soon before Diwali. The movie is expected to hit the screens on Pongal 2022, tentatively.
