Anees Bazmee is happy that his 'Ready' with Salman is making just the right noise. While his last release 'Thank You' has turned into a coverage affair and managed to keep it's head above water, he truly believes that 'Ready' would break many milestones en route to it's June release.
"This is what happens when an actor's films are spaced out so well," says a source close to Bazmee, "It was obvious when even a simple still of Salman on the poster of 'Ready' created such frenzy. For his fans, it was like 'itna time ho gaya, ab kuch bhi dikhao toh chalega' as Salman had been making them wait for something special for so long."
Subsequently the film's First Look as well as the song 'Character Dheelka' became a rage which makes one believe that 'Ready' would be yet another Salman starrer which is all set to break the 100 crores barrier. Anees Bazmee, who himself has three big hits to his credit in the form of 'Singh Is Kinng', 'Welcome' and 'No Entry', keeps his cards close to his chest and says cautiously, "Salman and I are coming together six years after 'No Entry'. Our next together is again the sequel to 'No Entry'. I guess that should be enough said."
With the way some of the biggest 'perceived 100 crores grossers' have bitten dust in last few months, one hopes 'Ready' is meted out with a better fate and gives hit-starved Bollywood a much needed relief.
