Anurag Basu’s film ‘Barfi’ is yet again in news... While earlier it was the allegations that it has copied several classic Hollywood films, this time it’s about the portrayal of a noted person in wrong light..

Majid Youusf Dar, a sports manager and son of Kashmir's football star Mohammad Yousuf, reported to have threatened the makers of ‘Barfi’ for wrongly presenting him in the movie as a bank robber without his consent.

This came as a statement from Dar’s lawyer Abid Banday in a press interview and further said that they are planning to send a legal notice to the producers. "He is not an ordinary person... he is a sports icon of the valley," quoted the lawyer.

Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana, ‘Barfi’ is India's official entry at the Oscars next year.
