The highly acclaimed director and top literary personality Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa has completed another offbeat Kannada film ‘Mooka Naayaka’ featuring Kumar Govind and Sparsha Rekha in lead roles.

The film of Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa was given ‘U’ certificate. The protagonist is dumb Soorya. He is a painter hailing from rural part. He lives with his sister and he expresses all his feelings though his sketches. Even though there is no market for his art, he continues his commitment. A major turn takes place in his life. The film reaches the stage of protest at one point of time. How the speech and silence go on explain the human relations is rest part of the film.

Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa has penned story, screenplay and dialogues besides writing songs and directing the film. Balaraj is producer.

Kumar Govind, Sparsha Rekha, Sheetal Shetty, Sundar Raj, Venkata Raju are in the cast. Dr Shamita Malnad has scored music, Nagaraj Adavani is cameraman, Suresh Urs edited this film.
