After a long time, one of Bappida's renditions will enjoy pride of place in Balaji Productions’ eagerly anticipated movie - 'The Dirty Picture'; especially through its sizzling number "Ooh La La", featuring Naseeruddin Shah and Vidya Balan.

Said a source, "This is partly because director Milan Luthria and music directors Vishal-Shekhar were insistent that only Bappida could do justice to the song, set in a typical 80s milieu, like the film itself."

Bappida, who previously sang the "Mumbai Nagariya" number for Milan's 'Taxi Number 9211', is very grateful.

Milan says, "Now my dream is to bring Vidya, Naseer and Bappida together for a stage show, maybe during the film's music launch in October."
