Muktha aka Bhanu tried her luck in Tamil with Thamirabarani. The movie as a run away hit and she is getting steady offers in Tamil.

However, the Girl from Kerala, who hogged the limelight playing a pivotal role in Achan Urangatha Veedu, is fond of continuing acting in Malayalam.

She returns to Malluwood with Kangaroo. The film stars Prithviraj and Jayasurya in the lead roles. Rajbabu is the director. The film is about a young man who ends up with the responsibility of protecting a child.
