Naga Chaitanya is apparently playing a lively, colourful and vibrant role in 'Bangarraju', the upcoming family entertainer headlined also by his father, Akkineni Nagarjuna. As the 'Manam' youngster turned a year older today, a teaser of his character was dropped.

Speaking about the teaser, director Kalyan Krishna Kurasala said, "The video shows Naga Chaitanya wearing all the ornaments of Bangarraju played by Nagarjuna which were placed in front of the latter’s huge photo frame. Then, he comes out stylishly and hits a cattle stick on the ground that settles on his Royal Enfield bike. He gets a bit emotional as he starts the bike."

The makers are banking on Yuvraj’s cinematography, Anup Rubens' music and the rich production values.

The entertainer is a sequel to 'Soggade Chinni Nayana', and also features Ramya Krishna and Krithi Shetty. Recently, the latter's character was introduced as Naga Lakshmi, a village belle.

Also starring Chalapathi Rao, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, Vennela Kishore and Jhansi, the film features a song titled 'Laddunda'.
