Another newcomer Ma Chandru has done a dull and uninspiring film to watch. That is `Bangari' with routine developments on screen and not even ten percent difference from the routine scores of films we have seen already.  Like the lessons taught in classes the director follows the ingredients of a commercial cinema with no surprises and absolutely no intelligence.

How come artists like Raagini and Yogish accept to this kind of film? It is just increase of a number to their kitty. It is so sad that innocent producers like Ellappa are caught at the hands of this kind of senseless directors.

Attached to his mother Bangari (Yogish) is ready to do anything for her. After falling in love from a tough Soma (Dhandapani) daughter Paddu (Raagini) life is miserable for Bangari. He had to face attacks for quite a few times. All because Paddu are liked by another disgruntled element who is from opponent party of Soma - that is Bun Seena (Sharat Lohitashva).

Bangari working as servant at the shop of Dharmanna (Ramesh Bhat) is not aware that his master is very cruel. For the sake of acquiring power Dharmanna uses his tricks for that Bangari falls. When Bangari finds that his mother is killed. He is on a war footing to kill those who are responsible. He meets Paddu after six years. Paddu is waiting to join Bangari.

What kind of a film you would say after watching this film. This is what we have done coming out from the theatre. There is no touching scene or appealing situations. All the developments in this film we have seen in scores of films.

There is nothing special from Yogish. He looks the same old disenchanted youngster on screen. The mother sentiment for him in this film is not very striking. Raagini has showed her physical strength in two songs and two scenes she has acted well. Ramesh Bhat as Dharmanna catches attention for his experience in handling such a role.

The songs Manday Madeesha..Bangari title song..are passable from music director AM Neel. Cameraman Niranjan has just rolled the proceedings with no fine touch. Editor could have turned a director for this kind of film with some flash techniques and gimmicks to save the skin of the producer from losses.

Look for better entertainment.

Score - 3.5/10
