Vidyasagar, normally known for his melodies goes onto compose all youthful numbers in this one. There is a lot at stake for Pawan Kalyan with his previous movies not faring according to his reputation and Vidyasagar delivers music under pressure, which unfortunately does not match the expectations. Having said that, do-not miss the folk song "Chidu Gudu Ante Bhayam" for anything because it's just superb and is loveable.
Jai Shambho 3* Singers: Tippu, Mirchi Ajai, Dharani Lyrics: Bhuvanachandra
This could be the intro song for the hero and is a dance number with good medium paced beats, guitar strumming and chorus. The lyrics are easy to follow and the song becomes more likeable upon repeated hearing. The credit goes to the singers who handled the subtle variations in the song very well and Dharani's voice adds the extra flavor to it. Vidyasagar mixes the song well with beats and still maintains some melody in the interludes with the flute piece. An enjoyable number.
Egire Chilakamma 2* Singers: Udit Narayan, Anuradha Sriram Lyrics: Bhuvana Chandra
This is more like a Vidyasagar number which is melodious, starts off very well with good use of flute and keyboard. The downside of the song is the choice of both the lead singers, it would have given a totally different feel had any other combination sung it. Vidyasagar also loses the flow in between and the charanam has been composed pretty poorly and he mixes up some known tunes in interludes and loses the flow. Overall, this is a song that starts off with a good promise but goes down as a below average number.
Ra Ra Bangaram 2* Singers: Tippu, ManikyaVinayagham Lyrics: Bhuvana Chandra
This is a very short song that has just one phrase "aachi buchi jambalakadi lachi......ra ra ra ra bangarammm", which is repeated over and over with a lot of chorus and beats. This could be used similarly to the folk songs in Thammudu movie.
Maro Maro Masti Maro 2* Singers: Sukhvinder Singh, Anuradha Sriram Lyrics: Bhuvana Chandra
The song starts off as a melody with Anuradha singing "Kurisindi vaana naa gundelona..", but what follows is another fast paced dance number with Sukhvinder starting off like "maro maro masti maro, mastugundi yaaro...". and it's difficult to relate his voice with Pawan Kalyan. This is another song with good promise that's let down. There are just mindless beats and no flow and it just does not stick to your mind. The only thing that can make this song enjoyable is the picturisation and Pawan's dance.
Remix (Ra ra Bangaram) 3* Singers: Praveen Mani, H. Sridhar Lyrics: Bhuvana Chandra
Actually, the remix is better than the original version and is more enjoyable.
Chidu Gudu Ante Bhayam 4.5* Singers: KK, Anuradha Sriram, Sahithi, Dharani Lyrics: Bhuvana Chandra
Undoubtedly the best song of the album and one which will be the most famous. Its common for Pawan Kalyan to have one truly folk based (mostly Srikakulam style) song in his movies, this one falls into that category. Anuradha Sriram is a perfect choice to sing folk based numbers and she does a wonderful job along with KK. The lyrics are superb, catchy and again Dharani adds his bit of flavor to this song. The lady sings "Ninchunna bhayyam, Kurchunna bhayyam..... jarram vachhinde naaku jarram vachhinde". Every line is well composed and well sung and we have an out and out entertainer in this one, needless to say how much the mass and Pawan's fans would like this.
