Bandla Ganesh minted money with the 2012 Pawan Kalyan movie 'Gabbar Singh'. Much as the actor-turned-producer went on to bankroll a hit like 'Temper', he regrets that he couldn't cash in on a golden opportunity that Prabhas once gave him.

"Years ago, I happened to call on Prabhas. He was kind enough to give me dates immediately and asked me to meet with Lawrence in Chennai. After meeting with Lawrence and coming back, I had a change of mind. For some reason, I was scared to take up the opportunity. This has been heart-wrenching. I let a great opportunity to produce a film with a pan-Indian actor go. I have inflicted wounds on myself over the years," Ganesh tells TV5 in his latest interview.

The producer, who also owns poultry firms, wants to produce movies with every big star. He is not interested in OTT because the medium doesn't excite him.
