Last year, one Jetti Venkateshwar complained that Telugu film producer Bandla Ganesh had issued a cheque for Rs 1.25 Cr and the same got bounced. He approached the Ongole Second AMM Court. Reportedly, the Court's orders to Bandla Ganesh to appear before it went in vain. Recently, the Court asked the police to present Ganesh before it after arresting him.

After he was informed of the court order, the producer of 'Gabbar Singh' appeared before the court in company with his lawyer on Monday.

The next hearing of the case is scheduled to take place on February 9 next year.

Bandla Ganesh will next be seen in 'Degala Babji', a roller-coaster one-actor thriller, which is also an investigative procedural.
