'Banaras' marks the pan-India debut of actor Zaid Khan. Directed by Jayathirtha of the Hindi movie 'Bell Bottom' fame, the film's trailer is out.

The trailer reveals the male lead as an astronaut who has time-travelled from future to the present. He woos a woman in Varanasi by saying that he is her future husband. Just as their timeless love story takes off, she gets into trouble with some mysterious forces. There is a scope for plenty of action, something the film makes use of, if the trailer is anything to go by.

The trailer ends on an intriguing note. Beautiful visuals, the spiritual aesthetic and the concept of the movie are rousing.

The film will be released in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam on November 4. The multi lingual has been made on a robust and rich scale.

Sujay Shastry, Devaraj, Achyuth Kumar, Sapna Raj and Barkath Ali have played important roles. Advaitha Gurumurthy has cranked the camera. A Vujay and 'Different' Danny have choreographed the action scenes.
