Kanakapura Srinivas sitting very comfortable and settling accounts from huge returns from ‘Bharjari’ is sure to reach Rs.50 crores club. The fact is that he has sold the film to distributors Basha and Supreeth. It depends on the mode of business share as for as the profits are concerned.

Not sitting idle Kanakapura Srinivas has announced a film starring challenging star Darshan. He has acquired the ‘Balupu’ 2013 super hit Telugu film remake rights to Kannada. The need of Darshan call sheet is important for him.

Ravi Teja starred in the film and it was action comedy super hit. Kanakapura Srinivas is not likely to get Darshan call sheet immediately. After ‘Kurukshetra’ Darshan has already two films in the queue. It would take at least one and half years.

So 2013 Telugu film for Kannada audience would be probably in 2019. That is in case Darshan is required for the protagonist role.
