T Subbarami Reddy, the noted industrialist, politician, producer and philanthropist, has felicitated 'Shatachitra Yodha' Nandamuri Balakrishna, director Krish and the entire team of 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' on the massive success of the historical.

Heaping the praises on Balakrishna and director Krish for believing in the story of the unsung Telugu warrior emperor, TSR compared the film with the legendary NTR`s epic 'Dana Veera Soora Karna'.

Krish said, "My phone has been flooded with thousands of messages. People are appreciating me not for the historical blockbuster success but for narrating the story of Telugu honour. We believed that 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' is going to create history and our aim was to use this opportunity in leaving a firm Balakrishna 'velu mudra' on Telugu cinema canvass because no two fingers prints match. He drew from the experience of all of his previous 99 movies and unleashed his Nata Vishwaroopam as Satakarni."

Balayya said, "I wonder I had done something worthwhile in my previous life because I am blessed with two big boons. One, born as son to legendary NTR and second, I became an artist. This film happened by God`s grace and the divine blessing of my father NTR. Actually, my father had an unfulfilled wish to play this powerful character.
