Nandamuri Balakrishna's NTR biopic with director Teja has got a release date. It's May 28, which is the birthday of the legendary thespian-turned-politician whose biopic the film is.

Nobody was expecting the film to hit this early. Teja and team are still writing the script, whereas Balakrishna is fast completing his work on KS Ravikumar's movie.

The biopic will be made in Telugu and Hindi. Balayya, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri will produce the project.

Teja will reportedly shoot parts of the film in Nimmakuru (NTR's hometown), as also Chennai.

Unlike RGV's biopic (which releases in October 2018), the Balayya-Teja movie should be deemed to be the mainstream one, as it is going to tell the story from the Nandamuris' perspective. While Ramu is giving an impression that he is ahead of Balayya, it's the latter who is coming with his biopic first!
