'NTR: Kathanayakudu' was an embarrassing disaster. It made losses to the tune of Rs 50 Cr. There have been rumours that the fate of 'NTR: Mahanayakudu' has been affected in unknown ways. The makers of the NTR biopic have tried to put the record straight on the issue. As per them, Nandamuri Balakrishna has resolved the issue by striking generous deals with the distributors.

"Balakrishna will share the losses of 'Kathanayakudu' up to one-third and will also share 40 percent of the revenues of the second part to compensate all the buyers. The loss will be made good to the minimum. He personally held talks with buyers and distributors to make sure they are on the safer side," the producers say.

'Mahanayakudu' will hit the screens on February 22.
