Hindu philosopher Ramanujacharya is known among the practitioners of the Sri Vaishnavism tradition. The followers of the tradition see in him a godly figure.

Producer C Kalyan wants to make a film on him by casting Nandamuri Balakrishna in the titular role. It will be made on a huge scale. The vision is to mount it on an epic scale so that it becomes an international project.

"Plans are afoot. An international banner is associated with it. We have the support of Chinnajeeyar Swamy, whose guidance will be crucial," C Kalyan has been quoted as saying.

Kalyan has got plans to set up an amusement park in Chennai. "The government led by Stalin garu is supportive. The project will raise the prestige of the Tamil Nadu government. We are making it as the heart of Chennai. Entertainment, food, cultural centre... everything will be there in it. It is a project worth Rs 200 Cr. We have found a suitable place for the park. The entry fee is going to be Rs 50. The games can be played by paying additionally. The entry and other points will use the power of technology. Everything will be digitalized. There will be no need for currency," Kalyan said.
