Nandamuri Balakrishna is going to turn a year older on June 10. Ahead of his birthday, the actor-politician has made a sincere appeal to his fans.

Taking to social media, the 'Jai Simha' star wrote that his fans have always travelled to his place from different parts of the Telugu States to greet him on his birthday. Thanking them for their love, Balayya urged them not to do so this year when the pandemic is raging all over. 

"There is no bigger wish than you and your family staying safe. I can't bear it if even a single fan gets infected," Balayya wrote.  In chaste Telugu, the 'Dictator' actor wrote that he will always be indebted to their love and affection. 

The mass star awaits the release of 'Akhanda' in August or September. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, it has Srikanth in a key role. The Dwaraka Creations product has Pragya Jaiswal as the heroine. S Thaman is its composer, while C Ram Prasad is cranking the camera. Stun Shiva and the Ram-Laxman duo are taking care of the action choreography for this Miryala Ravinder Reddy production. Dialogues are by M Rathnam. The film's teaser, released in April, has been a massive hit.
