Trust Krish Jagarlamudi to surprise. As the director of 'NTR', the biopic on the legendary NT Rama Rao, he is making sure Nandamuri Balakrishna is visualized in a range of get-ups.

Starting today, the biopic has gone on the floors. It all began with Krish shooting a scene on LV Prasad wielding the megaphone for NT Rama Rao's 'Mana Desam'. The shoot is taking place in a Hyderabad studio.

After Krish came on board, the script has been slightly recalibrated as per the 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' director's style and vision. Vidya Balan is on board as NTR's wife, Basavatarakam.

The buzz is that the biopic will hit the screens on January 9, 2019. It will clash with Ram Charan's film with Boyapati Srinu and Venkatesh-Varun Tej's 'F2'.
