The historical has been received resoundingly in Andhra, where it has earned Rs. 22 Cr. In the US, where the film has turned out to be the biggest hit in Balayya's career, 'GPSK' has collected a share of Rs. 6 Cr in Indian rupee terms.

Hitherto, 'Legend' was the biggest hit in the Nandamuri star's career. As the Nata Simha hoped, 'GPSK' has replaced the Boyapati directorial.
