Nandamuri Balakrishna has been a politician for years, but he has never looked like a true-blue politician until this week. With his head tonsured, sporting light beard that has greyed and wearing a white native dress, the 'Ruler' actor is looking every bit politician Balayya rather than Nata Simha Balyya now.
There is nothing to confirm why he is sporting this new look. In all probability, it is not for his next movie, directed by Boyapati Srinu. The 'Legend' actor always prefers youthful looks in movies. So, let's presume that the 'gundu' look is a mere aberration.
The production works of the Boyapati movie are expected to be kickstarted sooner than later. Producer Miriyala Ravinder Reddy is learned to have had second thoughts about its budget. Balayya's market has collapsed considerably in the last year. So, the producer wants to spend money like gold, not water. Understandable.
