Balakrishna commits second gaffe

  • IndiaGlitz, [Wednesday,April 20 2016]

Balakrishna being a people's representative has meant that each and every statement of his is scrutinized and critiqued. His speech at the audio release function of Savitri and the subsequent outrage, are still fresh in our minds. He has since apologized to those offended by his "disrespectful" talk towards women.

The Nandamuri Nata Simha has made yet another gaffe in less than 45 days. It was on the dais of the film Nayaki's audio release function. "Cigarette thaganivvaru, ammailanu muddu, kadupu cheyalante adee kadantaaru," he said casually. But he was not addressing the public. Balayya was apparently unaware of the fact that he was close enough to a mic that was switched on!
