Director Boyapati Srinu recently roped in 'Akhil' actress Sayyeshaa Saigal to play the female lead in his film with Nandamuri Balakrishna. It's now learned that the actress has walked out of the project and someone else has replaced her.

Pragya Jaiswal, who is known for 'Kanche' and 'Om Namo Venkatesaya', has stepped into her shoes. The actress is currently filming for the mass masala flick at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City.

Even Sayyeshaa was not Boyapati's first choice. The 'Simha' and 'Legend' director had signed up Malayalam actress Prayaga Martin for the role. For undisclosed reasons, she opted out of the project before Sayyeshaa did.

The untitled film, which has music by Thaman, has got Poorna as part of its cast. It will hit the screens in 2021.
