Director Balaji Sakthivel is known for strong content oriented close to life films such as 'Kadhal', 'Kalloori' and 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9'. Last year the director started work on a film titled as 'Ra Ra' but there is no information about the progress of the project.

Now we learn that Balaji Sakthivel as he has confirmed in his interview to a leading English daily, will direct his next for the Rough Note Productions Banner of director-cinematographer-producer VIjay Milton. The film will have newcomers in lead roles. It will be a murder mystery flick with the usual realistic touch of Balaji Sakthivel. The shooting will commence in the mid of June 2017.

Vijay Milton the producer of the film will also handle the cinematography of the film. Milton and Sakthivel are close friends. Milton is the cinematographer of 'Kadhal' and 'Vazhakku Enn' which won the National award for Best Feature Film in Tamil.

VIjay Milton's latest production and directorial venture 'Kadugu' is one of the critically acclaimed super hits of the year 2017 and we can be assured that his production with Balaji Sakthivel at the helm will also fetch commercial and critical success.
