Director Bala’s ‘Naachiyaar’ starring G.V.Prakash, Jyothika and Ivana hit the screens last week and has received positive appreciation from critics and the audience as well. None other than Tamil cinema’s noted bard Vairamuthu was all praises for the film in his social page, of course with a poetic touch.

Especially, the lyricist praised that Jyothika’s straight forward performance stating that it gave the cop uniform its arrogance as G.V.Prakash’s acting was full of ‘life’. He also congratulated the lensman Eswar also praising his work to be on par with an Englishman’s. Vairamuthu also suggested that Jyothika take such powerful roles in tandem with her enormous talent in the upcoming future just as Sivakumar had a little earlier. Sure Jyothika seems to be already implementing it with her last three films successful and who is currrently acting in a Mani Ratnam project as well. 

This is not some light praise and to receive such commendations from someone who is very much literally renowned only goes to prove that the ‘Naachiyaar’ team has given its all for putting out a qualty film. Congrats to the entire team! Here’s the bard’s tweet below:
