The 1ACMM judge Venkatesh Hulgi has rejected the bail applications submitted by Darshan lawyers on Tuesday. The shifting of cases by police from murder charge to assault case and present condition of Darshan wife Vijayalakshmi has lead to such rejection it is learnt.

Now it is left for Darshan lawyers to approach the session court.

With this Darshan continues his stay in the judicial custody. He is at the Rajiv Gandhi Hospital taking treatment for Jaundice and Lever complaints.

Meanwhile the fans of Darshan are coming from all over Karnataka to visit him at Rajiv Gandhi Hospital. The fans association has written a letter to doctors to give best treatment for Darshan.
