The Karnataka High Court on Friday morning granted bail to challenging star Darshan. He was staying in Parappana Agrahara Prison for last 15 days and he is now set free. On 4th October the hearing was posted to 7th of October at High Court of Karnataka. The episode of Darshan has taken 28 days from the day of his arrest.

Darshan was arrested on 9th of September by Vijayanagara Police station on a complaint by his wife Vijayalakshmi on assault. An FIR was filed under many sections and both Magistrate and Sessions Court rejected the bail for the challenging star Darshan.

The case was filed in High Court of Karnataka for bail. In the second hearing the single judge vacation judge BS Pinto granted the bail for challenging star Darshan.

Darshan has asked to come to court on 13th of October and deposit Rs.25000 as fine and he is advised not to tamper any report related to his case.
