'Badrinath' Karnataka release issue resolved

The issues involving release of Allu Arjun's much hyped 'Badrinath' in Karnataka have been resolved. The movie will now release in Karnataka tomorrow without any trouble.
Senior Kannada film producer and distributor Ramu had paid Rs 50 lakh in advance a few months ago for the distribution rights of 'Badrinath' for Karnataka market. He also had to get another Rs 1 crore from Tagore Madhu who is the co-producer of Badrinath. Though they sold the distribution rights of Badrinath for Rs 50 lakh, they revised it to Rs 1.5 crore later. Since another distributor came forward to pay Rs 3 crore for Badrinath's rights, Geetha Arts management got greedy and decided to release the movie on their own. This is exactly why Allu Arjun went to Bengaluru to promote his movie. This angered Ramu.
Since he had valid documents under his posession for all the payments he made, he went to the court and brought a stay order on the release of 'Badrinath' in Karnataka. The court directed that Badrinath shouldn't release in Karnataka until further orders. Though Allu Aravind and his Geetha Arts team wanted to fight it out in the court, they didn't have enough time and hence 'settled' the matter outside the court in Bengaluru on Thursday.
The movie will now release simultaneously on Friday.
We had a lengthy discussion at KFCC office. I just withdrew the stay.Everything got solved Ramu said in a statement.
