Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's upcoming action thriller 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' is one of the most exciting and ambitious projects of Bollywood. It was announced few months back in a grand way and with its proposed budget of 350 crore rupees, it is going be one of the most expensive films of Bollywood till date.
However, since last few days, it was rumored that makers have backed out and the project has been shelved. However, in a recent conversation with Hindustan Times, director Ali Abbas Zafar busted these rumors and even shared an update on the film. “This is absolutely baseless. We are very much on track and there’s no truth to the shelving rumours," he said.
The filmmaker added, "We are currently working on the pre-production. I don’t know where these rumours are coming from. For a film of this large scale, months of pre-production is needed. We will go on floors by the end of this year or early next year and shoot in the UK."
