For some people, bad luck continues to haunt as their period is bad. Nobody can't escape from the curse of destiny was once again proved in case of Shriya. Shriya, who played heroine in several south Indian language films tried her luck in Bollywood and returned like a ball that was hit to a wall. She had decided to start her second innings in Tollywood again and appeared in 'Don Senu'. Though she was ready to expose her glamour to any extent, opportunities failed to knock her door. With no option left, she agreed to play heroine opposite Allari Naresh.

Soon after giving dates and signed the agreement for the film, she got an opportunity to play opposite Prabhas and the producer was forced to drop her as heroine as her dates were unavailable. Had she waited for few more days, she would have a chance to pair up with Prabhas.
