Despite his reinvention as a character artiste, Sri Hari's first calling continues to be hurly burly roles.

He himself thinks strongly infavour of those heavy-weighted characters.

Otherwise would he himself produce a film that has him playing the big-burly macho star.

Well, the news is that Sri Hari is producing a film named Hanumanthu.

And as the title itself suggests Hanumanthu is a high-duty action film with high budget.

Sri Hari had been toying the film's idea for quite sometime. It is only now that he has decided to make the film himself.

The movie, that went to floors a couple of days back, will be directed by Chandra Mahesh ---Sri Hari's trusted director.

The duo has worked together in Okkade and Ayodhya Ramayya before.

The film is produced under the name of Shanthi, wife of Srihari, on Sri Chalanachitra Creations banner.
