There can be no desperate soul more than Aparna. The actress is hoping to leave a mark for herself in Kollywood.
After a disastrous debut in Pudukottailirundhu Saravanan opposite Dhanush, Aparna moved to Malayalam filmdom. She acted in a couple of movies there. But her mind was always in Tamil.
Aparna says "though I got to act in a couple of films there, my desire was always to win recognition among movie buffs here".
Thanks to director Saravana Subbiah, she has got an offer to act in his ABCD. "I play a powerful role in the movie that promises to become a big hit, she says with hope.
Aparna is greatly enthused by the fact that she has been asked to act in director - actor Cheran's forthcoming movie.
"I have seen all movies of Cheran and I am thrilled to be part of his movie now."
Things finally seem to fall in place for Aparna.
