Bachke Rehna Re Baba

Director Govind Menon returns to the big screen once again in the light-hearted comedy `Bach Ke Rehna Re Baba', which stars yesteryear sex symbol Rekha alongside the current sex bomb Mallika Sherawat.

The versatile Paresh Rawal and newcomer Karan Khanna (Vinod Khanna's nephew and cousin of Akshay Khanna and Rahul Khanna) also play important roles.

Producer Rahul Sugandh, who has earlier made a light-hearted love comedy `Khubsoorat' with Sanjay Dutt and Urmila Matondkar years back, makes his comeback with this venture and joins hands with Vijay Galani to produce this bold sex comedy.

Khawahish fame director Govind Menon directs the film, where Rekha plays a role of a glamorous con- woman who controls men in her magical charms.

Mallika Sherawat, her sibling and partner in her criminal activities, abets her dicey tasks. Karan Khanna enacts the character of a lover boy.

Govind Menon, who had presented 17 kisses sequences to entice the moviegoers in `Khawahish', has now captured a whopping 31 smooch frames in Bach Ke Rehna Re Baba.

Following the on-going fashion of actors singing songs in their own voices, this film too finds Rekha warbling a wild-wacky item number `Eiffel Tower  I am the Power' in her sensuous and husky voice.

Anu Malik has penned the lyrics and scored the tunes for this item song.

Earlier in her long film career, Rekha has delivered her vocals for the movies, `Agar Tum Na Hote' and `Khubsoorat' under the heart-hitting compositions of the late music genius R D Burman.

Now her fans once again will listen to her voice in BKRRB.

Dev Kohli handles the lyrics whereas Anu Malik, who has recently won the Filmfare Award for the best musician for the year 2004 in return of his melodious services for the film `Main Hoon Na', composes the music

The release date has not been finalized yet but the movie is expected to hit the theatres very soon.
