Germany: Parents of a newborn child accidentally forgot to take their newest member of the family out of the taxi after coming home from the hospital for the first time. They took out the baby’s sibling aged 1, paid the driver and bid farewell to him, unaware of their oversight.

As the father realized that they had left the baby in the car, he attempted to run after the car but it was to no avail. The driver himself parked the car in an underground garage and went for lunch with the baby sleeping in his car. When he picked up his next passenger at the airport, it was found that a tiny traveller was already inside. The newborn finally woke up and began to cry. The driver called the police who arranged for the baby to first get checked by paramedics and then reunited the baby with its parents. Thankfully the baby was unharmed by its first day out.
