Babu Gogineni in legal trouble for two offences

A Hyderabad-based businessman named Veera Narayana has filed a complaint against rationalist and Bigg Boss-2 contestant Babu Gogineni at the Madhapur police station.
The complainant has alleged that Gogineni regularly offends the sentiments of Hindus with his words and social media posts. He also stated in the complaint that he is violating the law collecting Aadhar card details from those who attend his seminars.
In the complaint, the businessman specifically mentioned that, under the guise of a humanist and a rationalist, Babu Gogineni aka Rajaji Ramanath Babu Gogineni collected Aadhar card numbers from his listeners at the recently-held seminars in Vizag, Hyderabad and Bengaluru on the National Day of Humanism. This act is in blatant violation of the UIDAI rules.
Upon the directions of a local court, the police have slapped cases on Gogineni under relevant sections. A probe is going on.
