'Baahubali-The Conclusion' may have become a much bigger hit than 'Baahubali-The Beginning' in China, but its absolute performance is still not a great news.  Considering that the magnum opus is India's pride, it would have been a dream-come-true had the fantasy drama done better than some Indian blockbusters in recent times.

So far, the Rajamouli-Prabhas-Rana Daggubati movie has made USD 7.63 million in China.  In rupee terms, it's Rs. 51.20 crores.  On Sunday, it collected USD 2.26 million after making USD 2.43 million and USD 2.94 million on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

"The performance is underwhelming in China.  The opening weekend numbers are not in sync with the merits of this trendsetter," says trade analyst Taran Adarsh. As per him, 'Avengers Infinity War' is billed to give 'Baahubali-2' a run for its money from May 11 (when the Hollywood blockbuster releases there).
