After the historical blockbuster 'Baahubali 2', young actor Prabhas is busy shooting for his next mega budget multilingual 'Saaho'. Prabhas has already become an international icon thanks to his flamboyant portrayal of the Baahubali character. Now he has got a precious recognition for his hardwork and dedicating five years of his career to the 'Baahubali' series of films.
Prabhas has been described by GQ India (a leading Men's magazine) as one of the most influential Young Indians. He has been given the sixth rank in the list of 50 young Indian talents from various walks of life.
"He is that rare actor from the South film industry who has gained recognition north of the Vindhyas, and even garnered the attention of international media. For his dual role as a beloved king and his son in the ambitious two-film Baahubali saga, Prabhas dedicated four years of his career, turning down all other offers that came his way, and undergoing a Hulk-like body transformation. His dedication paid off," the magazine says. It further adds that Prabhas is the only non-Khan actor to have done a film with highest BO collections.
The others included in the list are P.V.Sindhu, Alakrita Srivasthava, Manu Chandra, Sanjay Karthi, Radhika Apte and Neeraj Chopra among others.
IndiaGlitz congratulates Prabhas for this rare achievement.
