'Baahubali' franchise has minted a whopping amount afresh. The latest development on the magnum opus' front is that a streaming service has bought its rights for a fancy price. Thanks to this, the Rajamouli film will now be reaching out to viewers in 192 countries.
The war epics' two editions, namely 'Baahubali: The Beginning' and 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion', have fetched USD 4 Million (Rs 25.5 crores) to the makers.
Meanwhile, the film's China release is much-anticipated, especially with 'Dangal' shaking the records there. However, writer Vijayendra Prasad is not quite bullish on the China market. He has told IndiaGlitz that 'Baahubali-2' can't be expected to do very well in China, which has seen "many costume dramas".
