Last month we had reported that the team Baahubali` had made an attempt to create a Guinness record. The team had made a gigantic movie poster for the audio launch function of the Malayalam versions of the film that was held in Cochin on June 27.

A group of officials from the Guinness had attended the event to check the poster and confirm whether the size of the poster is the largest ever in the world .

The poster measuring 51,598.21 feet has been adjudged as the 'world's largest poster and this has been recorded in the Guinness Books of World Records.

The poster design was created by the film`s director S.S.Rajamouli himself.

Apart from smashing box office records Baahubali` has also created a world record and this is a proud moment for all Indians.
