'Baahubali-2' now pulls off a TV record

When it was premiered on TV on Oct 8, 'Baahubali-2' scored a huge record in Hindi. As per BARC India's figures, it gained the highest impressions in Hindi Speaking Markets (Urban + Rural) category in Week 41 of the year. Salman Khan's 'Tubelight' stood a distant second.
"Yet another landmark for Baahubali. A new record as the most viewed Hindi film premiere ever on small screen. Jai Maahishmathi," the proud Twitter page of the movie said on Monday.
"3 Languages on the same day... Can't get a better Sunday than this.. Hope you all have a fun time watching Baahubali2 at home," Prabhas had said on Facebook on the premiere day. The premiere was peppered with special interviews of the lead members of cast and crew.
