Veteran filmmaker JP Dutta is all set to launch his daughter in Bollywood. The noted Border` famed director is coming up with a movie bannered under his home production, J P Gene. This untitled project will not only serve as launch pad to his daughter Nidhi Dutta, but also Ajit Sodhi, son of actress Nafisa Ali.

According to our sources, the two newbies are gearing up for their Bollywood debut by hitting the gym together as it is a norm these days. Interestingly, the co-stars bond very well and were apparently busy chatting instead of working out in the gym. But this was not acceptable to the gym instructor and hence they got a warning to be serious towards their work outs rather than fooling around.

Taaha Shah, who had a dream launch with Y- films Luv Ka The End` opposite Shraddha Kapoor, has also been cast in the lead, besides Sagarika Ghatge and Diganth Manchale.. Talking about bagging a project under JP Dutta, Taaha stated, "I feel truly blessed to be associated with JP sir's production. It`s a dream come true for a newcomer like me to be given a chance to work with a legend known for his cinematic excellence."

To be directed by Binoy Gandhi, the film is about three friends who can go to any extent to help one another. Incidentally,Gandi had assisted Kunal Kohli and Siddharth Anand earlier along with directing Ishq Holiday,` a 45 minute feature film. On choosing Taaha for the film, said the director, "Taaha was the obvious choice for the role. With his raw energy and spot on timing, he fit the part to the T".

On this note, we wish the debutants and Taaha all the very best for this project and future ones.
