Fans accuse Ayushmann Khurrana of copying Sushant Singh Rajput

The tendency of Indian folks to idolise their favourite stars can be quite toxic sometimes. There are numerous instances of people abandoning rationality in matters related to their stars. One such example was seen in Ayushmann Khurrana's recent post. The actor shared two pics from his star gazing session in Maldives. One pic featured him looking down a telescope and other one was a beautiful shot of moon.

In the caption, Ayushmann talked about how fun the activity was for him. He wrote, "It is the waxing gibbous phase of the moon. And it’s stunning. Have you seen the moon lately? It is blindingly bright through the telescope. We also saw jupiter’s four out of 79 moons and Saturn rings. In other news the Orion constellation is rising, will reach the zenith in winters. A very inquisitive twenty year old Marvin who aspires to be an astronomer but has studied marine biology showed us the night sky in Maldives."

However, some people found it offensive cause according to them, Ayushmann was simply copying the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant was quite fond of astronomy and physics in general. Several of his fans flocked on Ayushmann's post and urged him to "stop copying Sushant". It's really saddening to see that a simple activity like star gazing can attract so much negativity in the name of a deceased artist.
