Ayushmann Khurrana is one of the most skilled A-list stars currently in the industry and his unique filmography has made him the poster boy of content driven cinema in Bollywood. Ayushmann's latest film 'Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui' was released this Friday and it's been getting generally positive reviews from fans. On the ocassion, the actor took a moment to show gratitude to his parents for making him capable of reaching where he is today.
Sharing a throwback picture on Instagram from his younger days, Ayushmann wrote, "Thank you Maa and Papa for all the values and all the life lessons that you have patiently taught me. They have been and will always be with me as my guiding light. I'm blessed to have you as my parents. Love you."
Like most of Ayushmann's films, 'Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui' is also based on a social issue. In this romantic comedy, he plays the role of a body builder who gets romantically involved with a trans woman played by Vaani Kapoor. Thus, the film attempts to explore the idea of love beyond gender.
