Yeah, you read it right!!! Ayushmann Khurrana said to have undergone 9 hair trials to get the right look for his character in 'Hawaizaada'.

'Hawaizaada' is based on the life of a scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, who is credited to have constructed India's first unmanned plane. Since it's a period film set in 1895, Ayushmann`s look had to be apt for his character.

This is the first time Ayushmann underwent a look change for a film and the director Vibhu Puri wanted Ayushmann`s look to be perfect. Being a director`s actor Ayushmann completely surrendered to Vibhu.

Acvording to our sources, Ayushmann underwent various look tests for the film. He met stylists and tried multiple looks until they zeroed in on the final look. He had 9 hair trials until they locked in the final hairstyle. Ayushmann`s hairstyle is very different from his regular hairstyle.? ?It is a retro hairstyle and fits well with the period of the film and his character.

Vibhu Puri was very happy with the final hairstyle and Ayushmann too really liked the final look.
