Ayushmann Khurrana aspires to work with this South Indian star

In last few years, South Indian cinema has gained immense popularity throughout the nation and as a result, several Bollywood stalwarts are now willing to collaborate with Southern actors and filmmakers. In a recent media interaction, actor Ayushmann Khurrana shared that he aspires to work in Malayalam cinema someday and that he would love to share screen with actor Fahadh Faasil.
During Agenda Aaj Tak event, Khurrana was asked whether he would want to work in regional films. To this, he replied, "Bilkul. I am more attracted to South Indian cinema. Sometimes it feels like I am a South Indian born in a North Indian family. I am a huge fan of Malayalam cinema and I would want to work with Fahadh Faasil. He is one of the greatest content creators in the country and he is very inspirational. So, I think that collaboration would be really superb."
On the work front, this year Ayushmann gave amazing performances in films 'Doctor G', 'Anek' and An Action Hero' but none of managed to make a significant mark. He will next be seen in 'Dream Girl 2'.
