BJP leader Arjunamurthy extended a warm invitation to Superstar Rajinikanth on behalf of Ayodhya, Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra for the 'Ayodhya Kumbabhishek' event scheduled for January 22.
Sharing the moment on X (formerly Twitter), Arjunamurthy posted pictures of the meeting, expressing his joy in Tamil, "Today's event was the best experience of my life! Our dear leader Mr. @rajinikanth, I was very happy to visit him at his residence and invite him and his family on behalf of Ayodhya, Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra for the Ayodhya Kumbabhishek event on January 22 along with the RSS officials."In the images, Rajinikanth, renowned for his role in 'Robot,' is seen graciously receiving the invitation.
Scheduled for January 22, the 'Ayodhya Kumbabhishek' event will witness the enthronement of Ram Lalla at the sanctum-sanctorum of the Ram Temple. Invitations have been extended to several eminent personalities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, and acclaimed directors Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Rohit Shetty, along with producer Mahaveer Jain.
South Indian celebrities, such as Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, Dhanush, and Rishab Shetty, are also expected to attend the grand ceremony.Acharya Satyendra Das, the Chief Priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, welcomed the participation of artists in the ceremony, stating, "It is a good thing; artists should come. Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, and many other artists have been invited by the Trust for 'Pran Pratishtha.' PM Modi will also be coming. All the artists who are coming will be welcomed in Ayodhya."
The ceremony is anticipated to be attended by 4,000 saints from various sects, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to grace the inauguration of the Ram Temple.Vedic rituals for the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla will commence on January 16, a week before the main event, and a 1008 Hundi Mahayagya will be organized, accompanied by various festivities as part of the Amrit Mahautsav from January 14 to January 22.Local authorities are gearing up for the influx of devotees, making arrangements for accommodations, enhanced security measures, and logistical support to ensure a seamless and spiritually enriching experience for all attendees.
