The latest buzz in the industry is that director Prasanth Varma has written a sequel to his debut movie 'AWE', which released last year.

In the sequel, a tricky story would be told and it will star two big names. The young director has in mind Kajal Aggarwal and 'Sye Raa' actor Vijay Sethupathi in mind. Although it might be titled 'AWE-2', the film won't be a sequel in the strict sense of the term. It will be a new story with a new set of characters. It will have a release in multiple languages.

'AWE' was a bit confusing film to many audiences. Writer-director Varma must be planning to make a universal product this time. His second film, 'Kalki', released recently, starred Dr. Rajasekhar in the lead. He dreams to make a film with Megastar Chiranjeevi one day.
