The 2010 film ‘Leader’, which marked Rana Daggubati’s big-screen debut, was produced by AVM Productions. Aruna Guhan, one of the producers at the famous banner, was today in Hyderabad for an event.
IndiaGlitz caught up with the producer to know if it’s true that Mahesh Babu and Sekhar Kammula will be collaborating for ‘Leader 2’. In response to the question, Aruna Guhan said that the project might happen. “There have been some conversations. I think we have to wait and watch,” she answered, adding that Mahesh is one of the biggest icons of Telugu cinema.
She mentioned Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi, among others, saying that there are a lot of actors in Telugu with whom the banner wants to work.
About the probability of ‘Sivaji 2’ happening, the producer said that so many things have to align for the project to happen. “It has to be a very powerful story. We can’t go with an ordinary story. We need to have a great story. First, the story has to be ready. Then Rajinikanth sir and Shankar have to be available and willing. Never say never,” she said.
